Project Scope: of an MFT 250/150 XLD Friction Feeder to be mounted onto your Bobst Media folder gluer. The feeder as equipped will be able to feed products 4-3/4” wide. The feeders are equipped with Continuous Accutipping to ensure uniform product placement. An encoder will be attached to ride on a belt to match variations in the line speed. Side guides on the feeder discharges will aid in maintaining product placement and orientation. A start sensor will be positioned to trigger the product as the carrier approaches. Mounting frames will be supplied which will be bolted to the frame of your Bobst.
