Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your CR - 80 sized products into the discharge of the friction feeder. Using Continuous Accutipping with an encoder mounted on your existing line the feeder will accurately place the card to the backer of your product. UV Color will mount the feeder and apply the glue to the carrier friction feeding system.
