Project Scope: This proposal consists of an MFT 350 Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder system to present base sheets up to 12” wide onto an HSVC 550-2000 Vacuum Conveyor conveyer to be labeled by up to two customer supplied and integrated Labeling machines at a rate of up to 100 meters per minute. The system consists of an MFT 550 IP Friction Feeder mounted onto a HDSR 1000-550 Crank Adjustable Stand on Rollers to feed products up to 20 inches wide onto an HSVC 2000mm (6.6’) long belted conveyor at a rate of up to 100 meters per minute (325 fpm). The vacuum conveyor as shown in attached picture will be configured with five belts and six Vacuum Chambers that are 300mm (12”) long. Thre Piab Venturi stly vacuum pumps will be used one pump for each pair of vacuum chambers will used to supply and regulate vacuum to the six individual chambers. There will be five plates on top of the vacuum conveyor that are one foot long each the vacuum chamber will be placed on the 2nd and 4th belts on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th plates on the vacuum table The MFT 550 IP Friction Feeder will be equipped with Left and Right Discharge Side Guides to be certain that the products are straight as they are fed. A Multifeeder supplied encoder will be mounted in the conveyor for use with the customer supplied Labeling machines. Ship in to John & Rick Territory.
