Project Scope: An MFT 350 ip ED Friction Feeder to count your cards in batches. The operator will set the count. The feeder will repeat each feed cycle, laying the cards on your conveyer in a shingled fashion. The pressure roller assembly will allow the feeder speed to be high and still allow you to maintain control of the cards. The conveyer speed will need to be set such that a space will develop between each feed cycle. The operator will then remove the shingled set and place into the wrapper infeed. The feeder speed can be easily changed to match the needed operation speed. The feeder will be mounted onto a crank adjustable stand on rollers. The height can be easily adjusted. The angle of the discharge can be adjusted in seconds.
