Project Scope: Three MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders, Card Line Software, Start Sensor, and Discharge Side Guiding. The feeder is equipped with a computer controller so it can easily receive commands via the serial port to change count change speed etc. The MFT 250 IP Friction feeder system will tip products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line. The feeder will be equipped with Left and Right Discharge Side Guides to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. The feeder will also be equipped with Card Line Software consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software will ensure that the cards are placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine.
