Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 IP XED Friction feeder system to feed and drop batches of 25 plastic cards (4” long x 3.375” wide) to be wrapped by a Doboy Stratus Wrapping machine at a rate of up to 25 per minute. This proposal is contingent upon a test of a stack of customer-supplied samples. The feeder will feed the cards one at a time into an ADT 250 XLT Automatic Drop Table where the cards will be stacked and accumulated up to 25 cards. The Feeder Drop Table combination will be signaled to drop a completed stack by the Start Sensor into the lugged pitch of the Doboy Wrapping Machine. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for easy mobility to use on other machines. Commission Calculaiton $ 25,070.00 * .15 = $ 3,760.00
