Project Scope: An existing Window machine will feed two lanes of backer cards at a pitch specified by Multifeeder. Two MFT 350 IP XeD Friction feeders will be mounted side by side and will signaled to feed an insert into the pinch point of a top belt assembly fo the Window machine by a Tipping Photo Optic Start Sensor. The spacing between the backer cards will be set so that the each feeder can tip the card continuous motion for optimum performance. Each feeder will be mounted onto an X Y Adjustable Square Bar frame to allow the position of the feeder to be adjusted quickly and easily in the x, y, and z directions. Each feeder will be equipped with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of software and hardware including an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. Commission Calculation = $ 49,255.00 * .12 (Base price over 50k) = $ 5,910.60
Notes: 2-350 ip XED high performance, 2- lights, 2-adjustable side plates, 2- low product sensors, 1- spare parts kit, 2-accutipping, 2-tipping sensor, 1-start sensor interface box, 2- X Y square bar mounting frame for bobst. We will use two demo feeders on our floor.
