Project Scope: an IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, Card Line Software, and Discharge Side Guiding. The feeder is equipped with a computer controller so it can easily receive commands via the serial port to change count change speed etc. The MFT 250 IP Friction feeder system will tip products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line. The feeder will be equipped with Left and Right Discharge Side Guides to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. The feeder will also be equipped with Card Line Software consisting of a 4 pin Amphenol Plug (to be used to plug in a customer supplied 657 pulse per 100mm encoder), Serial cable isolator, and control software to monitor the speed of the base machine and interface the feeder with the PC controller. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software will enusre that the cards are placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. An APL 2000-350 will be added to increase infeed capacity.
