Project Scope: This proposal consists of an MFT 350 Industrial Performance “IP” Series XED Friction Feeder system to batches of product up to 12” wide into the in-feed of a Shanklin at a rate of up to TBD per minute. This proposal is contingent upon a successful test of customer-supplied samples. The MFT 350 IP Friction feeder will feed the product one at a time into an ADT 350 Automatic Drop Table where the product will be stacked and accumulated. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will be configured with Left and Right Discharge Side guides to be certain that the product are straight as they are fed. The feeder drop table combination will be signaled to drop a completed stack into the in feed of the Shanklin machine a by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The MFT 350 IP XED Friction feeder will be mounted on a Bolt Stand on Rollers for mobility. Commission Calulation Bob will split the cost of the expedite fee of $ 1,500.00 with us or take $ 750.00 less in commission. $ 29,665.00 * .15% - $ 750.00 = $ 4,449.75- 750 = $ 3,699.75
