Project Scope: An MFT 250 ip FXED Friction Feeder system to feed folded leaflets into an AB180 bagging machine at a rate of 80 bags per minute. Using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly the APS bagging machine will signal the feeder to drop a single product into the bagging machine, which in turn will send a cycle complete signal to the bagging machine. The segmented discharge will change the orientation of the product from horizontal to vertical. A low product sensor will be mounted on the magazine to give a visual indication that the stack is low.
