Project Scope: MFT 250 IP Friction Feeder along with a HSVC 2000-350 Vacuum Conveyor system to present plastic packages to be printed by a customer supplied Thermal Transfer Printer at a rate of up to 150 per minute. The MFT 250 IP Friction feeder will be mounted onto a BSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers and will feed the 4” x 6-1/2” plastic pouches the 4” dimension leading onto an HSVC 2000-350 High Speed Vacuum conveyor. A customer supplied Thermal Transfer printer will be straddle mounted over the conveyor to label the plastic pouches as they travel on the vacuum conveyor. The Thermal Transfer Printed will be shipped to Multifeeder Technology for integration with the system. Commission Calculation: $ 34,860.00 - Integration and testing (2,995.00) = 31,865.00 * .15 = $ 4,779.75
