What Arrived: Model #MFT 350IP SN #1143-08560 Check computer board. When starting feeder the controls would not go past the company address. (Machine Serial Number:1143-08560)
Description of Problem: (1) Computer Board Part Number 7031400 Serial Number TS149605 (1) Programed CF Card
Work Done: Determined Computer Board could not boot. Tried Dale's Flash Up procedure, and was uncecuful. Need to talk to Dale, as I am not sure I followed correctly. CF Card is unknown if good or not at this time. 7/18/25 DTK Could not fix returned board by Flash up of any of the 5 binary files. Returned CF card tested OK in good Computer board. Quoted replacement board. Received PO for board.25 July 24 DEK burned-in Computer board for 2 hrs before ship. Created SO 047506 for Computer board S/N 2c5 8b2 and to return customer's CF card 7/25/25 DEK
Repair Quotation Notes: Completed By: CF Memory Card provided boots OK on Test Computer board. Returned 7031400 will not accept reprogramming of Bios data. Permanent damage to onboard memory. Required board replacement.
