What Arrived: Drop Table not responding to Cycle Jog Button. Safety door switch looks good. (Machine Serial Number:0003-01511)
Description of Problem: ADT 350 Serial Number 0003-01511 (1) ADT to Feeder Cable (1) 120 V Power Cord (1) Inductive Sensor, positioned on rods for retract.
Work Done: Issue was easily duplicated. Sometimes motor will run, but only during power up, but that is the only time. Found ADT Interface Board to be source of issue. 6/15/21 DTK Found U21 Flip Flop failed, to cause it to be unable to run a motor. Penny replaced, and ADT passed all tests. Found Static Brush, and knob missing from front sensor. Replaced static brush, and knob. Put cover on and passed another round of testing. Completed repair quote and emailed to the customer. 6/16/21 DTK Customer requested Start Sensor, and Bracket, previously quoted, to be ordered with this repair. Added them to the repair quote, and re sent. Updated assigned serial number. Customer called with CC Info to finalize order. Shipping under SO# 038813 6/17/21 DTK Return under customer's FedEx# Fed Ex freight to 657202738
Repair Quotation Notes: Completed By: Multivibrator IC on ADT Interface Board, causing machine to be unable to run Motor, with Jog Button, or Start Sensor. Static Brush is worn, and Knob for Front Sensor adjust is missing. Start Sensor and Bracket were added per customer request.
