What Arrived: From the customer - Two have broken ribbons to the control screen, One does not power up. One of the three was repaired and didn't work when we received it. Ready light does not turn green on main mother board. No output power to servo motor. Please check them out fully, I'm sure there is more wrong than I am aware of. There are 4 circuit boards. I have three machines down. One board is a spare. I put a description of the problems. Unfortunately, I don’t know which one has which problem. I know it’s going to cost me either way, I’m sure you guys can figure out what wrong with them. One didn’t work after you repaired it (from what I’m told). (Machine Serial Number:0505-06117, 0505-06115, 0505-06110) (Machine Serial Number:unknown at this time)
Description of Problem: (1) Motherboard ASSY Part Number 82202-0C Serial Number 9126 (Comp SN TS 84825, PS SN (cover) EB48863481
Work Done: Software card packaged seprate, and pins got bent. Was able to straighten with only breaking one pin. Will see if it still boots. 5/7/19 DTK Keypad cable has pins pulled out, customer tried to repair, and blew out barrel, but damage is only on back side. We may be able to solder in a new one. Picture of how this looked when it arrived is attached. Vicki to attempt repair, and add 18 AWG Wire in place of Thermistor. Found R150 to be open. Vicki to add the (2) 43K 1W on top of each other, for R150. 5/16/19 DTK Keypad is working, and Motherboard passed all testing. Software Chip will not boot. Replaced Software Chip, and used settings from MB on RMA 0554027. Programed as serial number 0505-06117Found U46 did not get update for L6 Inductor. Vicki to update. 5/20/19 DTK Vicki Replaced U46 and added Inductor. Re-assyembled Motherboard, and put into a 24 hour burn in, observing for proper operation. 5/21/19 DTK Passed 24 hour burn in, and diagnostics. Found some parts I quoted on this RMA, were incorrect as they were accidently pulled from stock on this RMA, when they should have been on 0554027. Just let it go. 5/24/19 DTK Passed 24 hour burn in, and diagnostics. Returned LCD Contrast POT Setting. 5/29/19 DTK Received PO Shipping under SO# 034205 6/3/19 DTK
Repair Quotation Notes: Completed By: Flex Cable for Keypad looks to have been pulled out and attempted to be repaired. PCB did come in with damaged on barlles of Flex Cable Keypad Connection. We were able to replace cable, and repair to allow a decent connection. Software Chip was not connected when items arrived, and pin was broken off, causing it to need to be replaced. There was an issue in the DC Bus Voltage Charging circuit. TRIAC, Optocouple, and 100 Ohm Resistor in this circuit needed replacing. Two 43K Ohm Resistors added to update Motherboard.
