What Arrived: Returning for refurbishment, and upgrades like we did on RMA# 0553866 (Machine Serial Number:unknown at this time)
Description of Problem: MFT 350ip DCC FXED S/N 1146-08568 (2) 30mm natural vacuum feedbelt and chambers and (1) center vacuum feedbelt no chamber (6) epdm discharge belt, product sensor (2) 75mm plastic rear S curve mounted. (5) product support rod clamps but no rods or side guides. No power cord no signal tower no additional sensors
Work Done: Evaluate feeder for work needed in addition to RMA 0553866 type upgrades 10/18/18 DEK Generate quotation from findings 10/19/18 DEK Sent Customer follow up email. Got an out of the office auto response. 11/12/18 DTK Removed discharge, replaced discharge belts, cleaned pulleys/shafts fabricate Clear Prod brckt -11/28/18 DEK Remove power supply, drill hole for motor fan, reinstall, remove and clean vacuum chambers 11/29/18 DEK Reinstalled new components, initiated burn-in 11/30/18 DEK Passed post burn-in test. Installed and tested vibratory shaker, generated Packing slip 033030 12/3/18
