What Arrived: (Machine Serial Number:1747-09700) Swap-out 125 mm wide magazine side plates (custom cut to 390 mm long) with 75mm magazine side guides also cusom cut to 390 mm long due to interference with product S curves. Original 125mm did not allow adjustment range to satisfy customers purchase expectation.

Work Done: Created shop request to modify one new and one salvaged side guide to 390mm length-8/6/18 DEK Created SO 032266 and shipped the 2 guides to Cabot Hosiery - 8/10/18 DEK No return of original side guides from Cabot or Avery after 30 days, close out RMA- DEK-8/12/18 Customer stated they were just able to make the switch last Friday. Customer has pending order. Granted lenience, and allowed them to return for credit. Verified side plates are in saleable condition (albeit shortened). Requested that Accounting provide full credit against SO 032266 (USD 238.00)- DEK 10/24/18
