What Arrived: Watch Dog no product fault. Keeps Feeding Paper onto line. Returning Interface Board P/N 7050200 for evaluation and repair.(Machine Serial Number:unknown at this time)
Description of Problem: (1) Interface Board part number 7050200 serial number NT3442
Work Done: Found Product Sensor working normally. Board is not responding to start sensor, and will not send APL out. Believe U3 is causing start sensor issue, and U4 is causing APL issue. 9/11/15 DK Replacing U3 solved Start Sensor issue. APL issue persists. Found that Low Product Signal was working intermittently. Found R7 was partially open causing Low Product Signal issue, and that R12 was open causing APL issue. Also saw R11 & R13 physically discolored and open. Jane to replace these resistors along with R6 for Start Sensor for good measure. 9/14/15 DK Jane replaced the resistors and the board is fully functional. Completed repair quote and emailed to the customer. 9/15/15 DK Shipping under SO# 25300 9/18/15 DK
