Description of Problem: MFT 250 ED IP DCC AZ SN 1131-08517 No Feed belts Pulleys for one 30mm wide belt(missing a drive pulley) (1) 30mm 60D Stripper wheel (4) 20mm Elastic Discharge belts (1) set of AZ discharge side guides (1) product support rod assy (1) set of mag side gudies (1) 25mm rear support curve Feeder was partially disassembled. Right bearing housing removed and all center piece shafts removed.
Work Done: Feeder is fully functional electrically. Completed repair quote for refurb. 11/27/12 DK Resumed work on the feeder. 12/4/12 DK Completed work to the feeder. Put feeder in burn in and observed for proper operation. 12/7/12 DK Feeder passed burn in, and check out. Shipping via UPS GND. SO# 19091 12/10/12 DK
Repair Quotation Notes: Completed By: Three of the ball bearing in the bearing blocks are worn. A piece broke off of an end piece shaft. The rubber dust covers for the bearings are worn and have cracks. A timing pulleys flange has broken off. One of the universal double joints is missing. Recommend replacing belts, and stripper wheels. One of the cooling fans for the electrical enclosure has a blade broke off. Repair quote does not reflect final charges for service of this unit. Other problems either mechanical or electrical may arise during the RMA process due to natural causes. Quoted labor is an estimate. Actual labor time will be billed. This quote does not reflect shipping charges. All items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified on purchase order. A $475.00 diagnostic/administration/handling fee will be applied to an item the customer deems is uneconomical to repair. All replaced and un-repairable items will be disposed of, unless otherwise stated on purchase order. * A hard copy purchase order that agrees to repair quote charges is required before work can continue.
