What Arrived: (Machine Serial Number:0628-06277)Feeder to be refurbished. Quote software update, and ED discharge change over.
Description of Problem: MFT 250ip XED SN 0628-06277 (2) 30mm R SE feed belts (2) 30mm stripper wheels (4) 20mm discharge belts (1) 25mm rear support curve (1) plate mounted to discharge (1) interlock plug (1) e/r pair
Work Done: Evaluated feeder found that it would boot up intermittently. 9/15/11 DK After updating all DSP codes, updating software version, and conceiting disk on chip all the way. Feeder booted up successfully over 30 times. Prepared repair quote, and emailed to the customer. 9/16/11 DK New Greg helped change belts as part of training. We are out of the feed belts part number 1199900. Work is on hold until belts come in. They are due in 9/28/11 DK Completed assembly of feeder. 9/28/11 DK Put feeder in burn in, and observed for proper operation. 9/29/11 DK Feeder passed burn in. During check out found that the e/r had weaker signals then before. This probably happened during repair due to the wire being pulled. Replaced e/r pair. Feeder passed check out. Ready to ship via UPS GND. Sales order# 16776 9/30/11 DK
