Work Done: Evaluated the two feeders. Created a repair quote. With notes for production. 5/27/11 DK
Repair Quotation Notes: Completed By: Notes for MFT 350 IP ED Tap emitter for product sensor for a M5 setscrew, and add M5 setscrew. Notes for MFT 250 IP XE Re-mount product sensor pair correctly Add correct bolts to center piece, end piece, collars. Add correct bolts to discharge side guiding brackets. BOTH FEEDERS NEED TO BE CLEANED WITH EXTRA ATTENTION ON THE BELTS. A BURN AND CHECK OUT ARE REQUIRED. SETSCEWS FOR TIMMING PULLEYS NEED TO BE CHECKED WELL.
