What Arrived: Feeder is an older unit, and customer cannot get the feeder to feed product correctly. Maintance staff feels there is a problem in the mech. (Machine Serial Number:0236-02125)
Description of Problem: MFT 350 SLD SN 0236-02125 (5) 30mm plum r feed belts habsit (5) 30mm Plum stripper wheels (8) 20mm plum discharge belts (1) pair of mag side guides (6) brackets for product rods (2) s shaped support curves (1) stack light (1) e/r pair (1) 120 volt power cord Feeder came in a crate. 9/15/08 DK
Work Done: Evaluated feeder found that software setting were way off causeing product jam. stop postion = 100 minor jams were enabled, and mpd thickness was at 80%. Repaired repair quote for refurb, and faxed to customer. 9/15/08 DK Recieved quote. 9/24/08 DK Compleated bearing rebuild, and assyembled feeder with parts listed on quote. 9/26/08 DK Put feeder into burn in, and observed for proper operation. 9/26/08 DK Feeder passed burn in, and check out. 10/6/08 DK Ship feeder easyiest way ground. 10/6/08 DK
