What Arrived: 70332-00 (Machine Serial NA) Feeder displays major product jam whenever the motor is suppose to run. Also LED D10 is always on indicating that the motor is being inhibited. Won't reset.
Description of Problem: Amp board MFT part# 70332-00 Serial# NT3048
Work Done: Did a visual inspection of AMP board, and did not see anything physically damaged. 11/6/07 .25 hours DK Duplicated the problem 11/6/07 .25 hours DK Found that the 5-volt supply is no longer present that was putting the board into fault. Narrowed the problem down to voltage regulator. 11/6/07 .75 hours DK Replaced the voltage regulator 11/6/07 .25 hours DK Updated AMP code to 4.4 11/6/07 .25 hours DK Tested board on the test fixture, and board functioned correctly 11/6/07 .25 hours DK ** Please ship UPS ground per Bbyrd 11-15-07
