What Arrived: Feeder seams to overheat. The feeder runs fine with the electrical door open, but with door closed feeder quits after a few hours. (Machine Serial Number:0011-01545)
Description of Problem: feeder SN#0011-01545 4 30mm feed blets 4 30mm plum strriper wheels 8 20mm discharge blets 1 product sensor 1 XED discharge with table
Work Done: Found that the electronic's door would push wiring into the case, causing a short which resulted in the computer booting up again or leaving a blank screen. Found that the computer extension cable had 3 black wires disconnected. Also found one wire on its mating cable bare as well. Soldered and insulated the above, and unit works with case open or closed. Found evidence of the power supply cover nuts crushing into a ribbon cable going to the front connector board. Replaced purple spanning pulleys with 41202-00 (silver pulleys) Dr. Dave 9-18-07 1 hr. * Please ship UPS Ground per BByrd 9-20-07
