What Arrived: I have a feeder that will not power up. I have found a fuse that was bad on the small circuit board in the door of the feeder. I install a new one and it blew right away. So there must a greater problem plus I also have two apl control boxes that don't work. Will I need a Rma number. Description of Problem: - 4 30mm rough feedbelts(white) - 4 Idler pulleys - 8 Collars - 4 drive pulleys - 4 30mm srtipper wheels(blue) - 10 20mm discharge belts - 2 Static bars - 1 Sensor pair - 1 ED discharge table(smooth) - 2 APL control boxes -APL box #1: S/N 1590 (no reverse, goes forward when in reverse) -APL box #2: S/N 1598 (no reverse) - 3 plastic end discharge product guides.?
Work Done: Tested the feeder for any symptoms of not powering up and found that the power supply has a short in it. I replaced the power supply board and the feeder is getting the proper power. For the APL control boxes, APL #1 replaced the relay(61980-00), APL #2 I replaced the relay(61980-00), 24v regulator(63260-00), and the 5v regulator(63810-00). DC 3/22/07 mft 350 s/n 9823-01291 to ship ground ups 3-23-07
