Project Scope: First, an MFT 350 ED Friction Feeder will feed a backer card onto the VTC Vacuum Track Conveyor. The backer card will travel down the conveyor and pass under (2) hot melt glue heads. The glue heads will apply hot melt glue to the backer card. The backer card will next travel under an MFT 350 ED Friction Feeder which will apply a gift card onto the backer card. Next the backer card will be plow folded in half. The finished product will be collected onto a shingling conveyor.
