Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder, ADT 350LT Automatic Drop Table, APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader, Vacuum Track Assembly Upgrade, HDSR 1000-350 and a start sensor. The IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products through the discharge section of the feeder. As the products travel through the discharge section of the friction feeder the feeder will automatically (standard feature) detect for “Multiple Products”, “Product Jams” and “Product Miss Feeds” to ensure an accurate count every time. The products will transfer from the feeder into the ADT 350LT Automatic Drop Table to accumulate the product. A start sensor mounted onto your existing line will signal the feeder to feed once a start pulse is received by a passing lug (AKA: Flight). The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers to allow for height adjustment and mobility. Vacuum Track Assemblies will increase the friction between the product and the feed belts for consistent and effiecent feeding of the product. The Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity.
