Project Scope: The MFT 250 ip XED Friction Feeder mounted onto an HDSR 1000 250 Stand will place CR80 Cards onto the belts of the VTC 1000 550. A Nordson glue system controlled by the 250 ip XED will place a strip of glue onto the CR 80 Card. The MFT 350 ip ED Friction Feeder with Continuous Accutipping will tip a 5 x 5 top card onto the CR80. The glued product will move under a motor driven pressure roller assembly. The MFT High Speed Labeler will place a pre-printed label onto the top card. A folding plow plate will be mounted on the VTC but not be lowered to engage the product. A Micron Scanner MS-9 will be used to read the barcode on the appplied label. A Reject on Error with lock box system will be mounted at the end of the VTC. The rejected (No Read, Bad Read) product will be directed to the lockbox. The product which passes (Good Read) will b trandfer onto a dual belted dsicharge and onto an SC 100 350 Shingling Conveyor positioned at right angle tot he VTC. A Control Panel will be used to adjust the VTC speed, the product spacing and the count to be fed.
