Project Scope: An existing Larkin MFT 250IP ED Friction feeder on Existing Larkin HDSR 1000-250 Adjustable stand on rollers will feed a base product onto a VTC 3000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor. A transfer wheel will press the product onto the vacuum belt of the VTC. Glue will be applied by a Larkin provided Melton Hot Melt gluer, and the pre-glued base product will travel under the MFT 350IP ED Friction Feeder with 950W motor and Accutipping. An encoder will be mounted on the front end of the conveyor on the vacuum belt to ensure the tip-on feeder knows the specific belt speed. A larkin provided pressure roller will press the tip-on sheet onto the pre-glued base. Product will then collect on a Larkin supplied Moll shingling conveyor.
