Project Scope: The IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your foil pouches into batches. The batches will be fed through the discharge of the friction feeder where they will be transferred and accumulated into trays. The trays will be manually loaded onto the cleared conveyor by an operator. As the trays move beneath the feeder the pouches will be fed into the trays. After the count is reached the tray will continue down the conveyor and transfer onto a the SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor for an operator to handle the loaded tray. If the SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor (take off conveyor) is full the system will pause until an operator removed the backed up trays. The feeder will only feed if there is a tray present.
