Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 1500-3-10 Wrap Labeling System w/ Single Metering Wheel and Impresso 8" RH Labeler. System Operation: The system will receive the product from the upstream rotary table, onto the labelers' conveyor and into the single metering wheel. The wheel properly spaces the product for labeling. The product is then conveyed towards a powered wrap belt assembly and a fixed backup pad. A start sensor detects the product and captures the product in-between the rotating wrap belt assembly and back up pad. As the product begins to spin a label is dispensed, capturing the label between the product and wrap belt. As the product continues to rotate, the label is finished and released from the wrap belt assembly. The labeled product is conveyed to the outfeed of the conveyor to be processed further. System Notes: -IFF will handle the transfer of the bottle onto and off of the MFT provided conveyor. -Product flow is right to left when facing the labeler/operator controls (per IFF photos provided) -Label Unwind direction = #4 (left off) -Conveyor height = 36" ±2" -Several product supplied are taper from top to bottom. Thus, the leading and trailing edges gap will be different from top to bottom when applying a straight label. -The cap diameter of several products is larger than the body of the product. MFT recommends using a narrow foam wrap belt (2" Tall) and back up pads (2" and 4" Tall) which fits the most common product sizes (as per the photos of the IFF's current labeler). Additional wrap belts and/or back up pads may be required for additional products not reviewed. -The cap diameter being larger than the body of some the product may cause the products to "shingle" when metered and tip over. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test two (2) product (largest and smallest diameter) with one (1) label combination each. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -One (1) Day Machine Acceptance is included with this proposal Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the products samples submitted only. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Anit pate shooting video tomorrow at latest 10/27: small product is set-up; need laser engraving of the in/out rails; set- up second product today; cut guide rails once setting are done Kevin; schedule visit after 10/24: Moved from Production to Integration - JL 10/23: RL Craig is done; IMP III is done and needs to be mounted; checks in the mail today 10/21: labeler part are in; start next week 10/20: checked in two (2) product and two (2) labels; saved photos in Photo Folder; Conveyor = 20 meter/minute (787" ipm) at 100ppm = 200mm pitch (7.8") thus labeler/wrap to be set at 40 meter/minute- KSJ 10/16-10/17: labeler need to assemble (dancer arm and sensor pair) -labeler partial seembled 10/15: All jobs are pulled and in Production. -RC 10/15: pulled job; testing samples are in at BRWO floor (pallet of samples) 10/14: Susie to pull today 10/13: wraparound unit from RLC in 9/24-25-9/29-9/30-10/1-10/6-10/7: no change; would like to pull part 10/13 9/22: Sent order ack to Sales/Jim and added due dates above - KSJ 9/8-9/9 -9/10-9/11-9/15-9/16-9/17-9/18-9/22: no change; 9/4: waiting on parts; samples at BRWO 8/21: 8" peel tip created, P/N: 2440444, moved to work order review. - EPW Added K15 in WO and updated financials for the PEEL PLATE EXT 8" p/n 2440444 -KSJ 8/20: Reviewed WO, Needs to move to ME to have Peel tip ext designed. -HML 8/19: Sent Jim the bottle matrix and explanation via email (docs in Sample Folder); updated Work Order and updated part numbers where necessary (had a lot of IMP III 4" items by default); sent to Hunter for final review -KSJ 8/19: Sales is awaiting a review of the bottles and label photos/pdf's to reengage with the customer - JI 8/5: Added actual RLC 1500 quote #250805-JAG1 to the Project Docs Folder; reviewed (6) additional product sent and looks like the tooling as quoted will suffice (TESTING IS REQUIRED) -KSJ 7/24: no change 7/17: reviewed 6 additional products but no labels; awaiting more products; PM reviewing before can release 7/14: waiting on additional customer samples to review per Sales n- KSJ 7/10: Down payment was mailed 7/2. 7/1: updated layout drawing; compete missing items; awaiting money to complete OA letter - KSJ
