Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of an MFT 350 IP XED and an MFT 550 IP XED Friction feeder with 375mm extended discharge to feed CR 80 cards and other various items. The MFT 550 XED Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder can feed the backer cards or CR 80 cards up to 500mm wide onto your existing conveyor. The MFT 350 IP XED Friction feeder with 375mm extended discharge to feed CR 80 cards and other various items up to 300mm wide. The MFT 350 Friction Feeder will be equipped with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of an encoder mounted to the line and software and hardware to vary the speed and timing of the feeder to be certain that the CR 80 card is placed in the correct location regardless of the speed of the base conveyor. Each feeder will be configured with Left and Right Discharge Side Guides to be certain that the products are straight as they are fed and will be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Two spare parts kits are included in this proposal. Options available: This feeder can be configured with an optional an APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader to allow for an optimum stack height in the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. Other options include a spare parts kit and a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly. As an option start up assistance can be purchases at your location, plus travel and living expenses that are billed at actual cost. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. This proposal reflects the use of Multifeeder Technology’s standard specifications. Any alteration to this proposal will be on a time and materials basis. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support.
