The products will be presented into the discharge section of the friction feeder wHere the feeder will maintain accurate placement and speed matching to your base line through our patented Continuous Accutipping Software with encoder. The Continuous Accutipping will accurately register your product front to back using feed-back from the encoder that will be supplied to mount on your existing line. Discharge Side Guiding will register and square the product in the discharge of the feeder. The feeder will mount onto an adjustable Straddle Mount assembly which will be use to mount the feeder to your existing equipment. The discharge will have a split section to allow for mounting of your ink jet head.
