Project Scope: Featuring: Impresso III 4" LH Labeler System Operation: The base product travels on the existing folder gluer machine where a Impresso III Labeler 4" will apply the label (up to 4" wide) onto the product. Set Up and Approval Note: - No testing or video required. Notes: -This proposal does not include a system layout drawing. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance.

"U" mount assembly from p/n9427690 and added 4398962/63 per Peter to both Excel WO and Financials -KSJ 6/23: Moved from Production to Integration - JL; moved from INT to QA upon completion of videos of functionality of labeler - KSJ 6/19: finish on Monday; all parts in - moved to 6/26 -KSJ 6/12: Install the parts that have come in. 6/5: Short Parts- Component ship dates 6/5 & 6/6, Plating 6/11ish.pm 5/29: In production queue. 5/27: Jobs pulled and brought to Production. -RC 5/22: No change. Will pull tomorrow 5/15: No change. 5/8: No change 5/1: No change 4/24: No change 4/22: Complete PM tool; created Order Ack (need to get parts dates from Procurement yet) to shore up Machine Ready Date 4/17: Processing in procurement 4/10: Waiting for new parts and assemblies to process. 4/7 HM: reviewed WO and moved to procurement. 4/7 KSJ: reviewed WO, swapped out start sensor bracket per W10, adjusted financial line item and sent to Hunter for second review.
