Project Scope: The IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your paper products from a stack in the in feed and transfer them into the ADT 350 Automatic Drop Table. Once the batch count has been accumulated in the Automatic Drop Table a start sensor mounted on your line to detect your existing lugged in feed will signal the ADT to drop the stack of products. After the stack has been dropped the feeder will automatically begin feeding the next batch. Optional items include: An APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, Vacuum Track Assembly Upgrade with Vacuum Piab Generator and Air Regulator (Does not include air source) for increased feeding friction between the feed belt and product, Relay Interface Box with dry contacts to stop other equipment if feeder errors, Electro Static Minimizer to reduce static build up in product as it is dispensed from feeder, Discharge Side Guiding to register and guide the product through the discharge.
