Project Scope: Featuring: (1) Left Hand Impresso III Labeler and(1) Right Hand Impresso III Labeler; All Electro-polish Stainless Steel Construction; Wrap Belt Assembly with Wash-Down Stainless Steel Enclosure and Electro-Polish Stainless Steel Upgrade. System Operation: The proposed labelers are for both a right and left hand label applicator (not wash-down) to apply side panel labels to your passing 1 Gallon Milk Jugs. The labelers will be signaled to dispense from the supplied start sensor. The speed of the labelers will be matched to the speed of the conveyor. System Notes: -MFT has the ability to provide one (1) Impresso III Labeler (LH) in approximately one (1) weeks time. An additional labeler would be longer. -A wrap belt assembly, which doesn't include tie ins to your existing conveyor, in standard and stainless steel upgrade along with an upgraded enclosure for the electronics. Each labeler will require a wrap belt assembly. -The quoted wrap belt assembly is the assembly including standard mounting with standard adjustment, electronics, motor, and drive. It does not include any adaptors or mounts to mount the assembly to your existing line. This would be done by Kilgus. -The product sensors as provided by MFT will need to be mount by Kilgus. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Labeler Note: -MFT assumes that the customer has pre-qualified both the label material and the product for compatibility -Typical placement accuracy is ±2mm to ±4mm and is exclusive of product and/or label variations -Label supply roll = 8"-20" OD x 3" ID Core; -The paper label liner must be free of cuts, nicks and deep die-line cuts to be successfully applied at the speeds as quoted -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product with one (1) label combination each. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT LH Labeler = Unwind #3 (right off) -MFT RH Labeler = Unwind #4 (left off) Notes: -This proposal is formal having tested the single label as submitted. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: - Labeler Spare Parts Kit. - Accutipping Controller with encoder for speed and placement following (not wash-down).

Waiting on stands. Due 6/18. 5/5: Moved 2nd Labeler to Shipping. Still short stands for this order. pm 5/2: QA Completed on RH Labeler S/N 2515-03330 - JL 5/1: Almost done with one labeler in Integration. Just waiting on stands. Jim to check if they want the labeler before the stand comes in. Stands due 6/18 5/1: Shortages-STAND 54" UPRIGHT T-BASE SST & WRAP ASSY 4" X 18" W/ ENC SST Ship date 6/18. pm 4/24: Added video of the second Labeler added to project docks folder - HML 4/24: Waiting on RL Craig parts. Hunter will try to shoot a video on the head in Integration today. 4/17: Hunter working on labeler. 4/15: Moved RH Labeler from Production to Integration, still short stands - JL 4/10: Waiting on stainless stands. Production working on right hand labeler. 4/8: Labeler jobs are pulled and in Production. Short RL Craig stands, due 6/18. -RC 4/3: First shipment went yesterday. Rest of the order is in WO review. KSJ -Update Excel WO - Modified K13 for both labelers (Horizontal Mount) ; ship samples with order; moved to Procurement 4/1: QA done on SN 2451-03328-LH and moved to shipping. pm 3/27 HML: Added video of 4" LH labeler after reworking below and in project docs. 3/27 HML Reviewed WO, we will be using demo Impresso III SN (2451-03328) for the LH labeler. Sending to Kevin for second review. -Hunter is putting IMP III back to original version -90% PAYMENT IN 3/25 KSJ: added RL Craig component quotes to the Project\Purchase Order folder
