Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 550 IP3 XED Feeder and 550 Automatic Drop Table (ADT) on a stand. System Operation: The MFT system will be positioned perpendicular to the conveyor allowing product to flow narrow-edge leading through the wrapper. The 550 Feeder will be mounted over the 550 Automated Drop Table. Your products, ranging from 4x5 inches to 12x18, will be fed through the friction feeder wide-edge leading creating a stack of up to 25 products in the Automatic Drop Table. Once the correct count is met, the drop table will be triggered (via flow wrapper cut signal) to drop the stack onto a flat infeed conveyor of your flow wrapper. System Notes: -The customer will provide the flow wrapper cut signal to initiate the batch drop signal via the MFT interface Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test two (2) products. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is budgetary based on not having complete products and/or label for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Options Available: -Please consult with your MFT Represntative

Hoping to have parts released by the end of the week. 3/12: waiting on ME to release updated 550 ADT by end of Week QUOTE NEW PARTS: frame, lid, lid cover, timing belt, 22 and 44 tooth pulleys quotes come in when ECN is completed; samples on the way per Mike E; money has arrived 3/6: New order.
