Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 IP XED and an MFT 350 IP XED Friction feeder with 375mm extended discharge to feed CR 80 cards and other various items. The MFT 350 XED Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder can feed the backer cards or CR 80 cards up to 305mm wide onto your existing conveyor. The MFT 250 IP XED Friction feeder with 375mm extended discharge to feed CR 80 cards and other various items up to 203mm wide. The MFT 250 Friction Feeder will be equipped with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of an encoder mounted to the line and software and hardware to vary the speed and timing of the feeder to be certain that the CR 80 card is placed in the correct location regardless of the speed of the base conveyor. Each feeder will be configured with Left and Right Discharge Side Guides to be certain that the products are straight as they are fed and will be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly.
