Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350IP3 XED Friction Feeder The operator orients and loads the product into the infeed hopper of the Friction Feeder. The product a separated,spaced and feed into the discharge of the feeder. The discharge directs the product into the pitch of the customer supplied press. Both low product and out of product detection in the infeed is included in this proposal. System Notes: -Estimated throughput is 60 products/minute. -The customer will integrate the feeder and takes all responsibility -The MFT IP250 only has a maximum width of 200mm and the product is 218mm wide, thus we are offering the IP350 instead Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the customer running this previously (MFT did NOT test), -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Order Ack for Requirements and dates needed; originals are in PM folder - KSJ 11/8 Reviewed and moved to procurement - HML 11/7: New order. Invoiced today.
