Project Scope: Featuring MFT Model 250 IP3 ED friction feeder. The cards are loaded into the feeders' infeed magazine short edge leading. The feeder, located at the infeed of the customers' wrapper system, receives a signal from the wrapper (via the cable provided), and feeds the card when a lug is present. System Notes: -MFT is providing Accutipping to speed match the wrapping machine. -MFT has optioned a stand for mobility Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" for all tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: Classic Cooking WO 2024121 We have testing samples 11/15: Moved from Sales to Shipping. Installed Housing Nut. Still Need 2nd payment. pm 11/14: Rec'd video approval from customer. Waiting on housing nut. Should have shipped on 11/12. Prior to ship payment mailed on Tuesday 11/13: Moved from QA to Sales. Need Video Approval. pm 11/13: video is done and awaiting sales machine acceptance approval; housing nuts PN 2407205 is still required, but QA can be done - KSJ 11/11: added photo to Work Order, Project Docs\Photos and Video folder and sample specifications; Product can be found on Work Order Shelf -KSJ 11/8: Moved from production to integration - JL 11/7: Feeders going into 2nd burn in today. Waiting on parts to the stand. Will get the second payment in for next week. 11/4: Reviewed WO and moved to Procurement. pm 11/01/24 - Customer added the two option items of: THE CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE SYSTEM PER QUOTE REVISION #1 INTERNALLY MFT WILL BE USING QUOTE REVISION #2 WHICH HAS THE OPTIONS ADDED.
