Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 350IP3 with ED Discharge System Operation: The Friction Feeder individually separates your product from a vertical stack in the infeed. Each product is transport onto the discharge of the feeder. System Notes: -To tip a CR-80 Card on to the top of a card stock at 300ppm -Customer requests 20mm smooth belts -The customer will mount the feeder -The customer will mount the feeder start sensor as provided in this proposal Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is formal based running the same product (CR-80) as previously purchased WO2022047 -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a system. This proposal does not include system guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in Scope. A scope change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

I am moving the system to Production and we will change out the discharge to the XED. -KSJ 11/18: QA is Done.
