Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 Industrial Performance series “IP” ED Friction feeder system to feed bakery bags into an IMCT In line Catch Tray with pusher where the bags will be stack and accumulated. The completed stacks will be transferred into a case on your existing line at a rate of up to 3 cases per minute. The MFT 250 IP ED Friction feeder will feed the bags one at a time into a Inline Mount Catch Tray where they will be stacked and accumulated The catch tray has an Air Cylinder pusher assembly controlled by an Input Output Board on the MFT 250 IP ED Friction Feeder to push a completed stack into a case. A Photo Optic Start Sensor will machine will signal the feeder to activate the pusher and to comb the completed stack off of the tray and transfer the completed stack into the case on your conveyor. Once a stack has been pushed onto the conveyor, the feeder will replenish the stack of products in catch tray. The feeder system will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for mobility. Options Available: An optional APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader can be used for increased in feed magazine capacity. Options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly and a Spare Parts Kit. As an option start up assistance at your location can be purchased, plus travel and living expenses billed at actual cost. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. This proposal reflects the use of Multifeeder Technology’s standard specifications. Any alteration to this proposal will be on a time and materials basis. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support. Commission Calculation: ($ 32,120.0- $ 4,440.0) * .15 = $ 4,152.00
