Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XLD SS Wash-Down Friction Feeder. The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder uses the encoder based Accutipping Controller to time the placement of the products onto the passing tubs as they are transported down your existing conveyor. System notes: - The feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand on rollers to allow the feeder to go over your existing line. - Line height of your existing conveyor will need to be confirmed prior to order. - The customer must mount the product sensor as provided Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. If, for some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested one (1) product. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance 10/7/24: Added testing notes and reviewed the WO -HML Testing Notes: Notes: Products are first shown feeding in single counts at 60ppm into a catch bin, followed by clips showing the products being placed onto the customers plastic tubs as they travel down a conveyor. Feeding/conveyor speed was 20mpm. Feeder setup includes (2) 30mm DSV feed belt tracks (no vacuum used), (2) 30mm stripper wheels P/N 1099303, 25% gearing, and (2) 20mm upper/lower discharge belt tracks. The FDA stripper wheels were already installed and are not a requirement to feed the products. The products a have a gentle arc to the side edges, so they cannot be held square. Some minor skewing may be unavoidable, but it was fairly minimal during testing, and was never bad enough to prevent the cards from landing on the lids properly. I was able to load everything the customer sent, so I could not identify max loading capacity, but I do not believe loading capacity will be an issue.

Just need to send out parts for passivation 11/14: Going to have Susie pull next week so we can send out parts for passivation. 11/7: No change 10/31: No change. Parts ship date late Nov to early Dec. 10/24: No change 10/17: on order 10/14: sent out Order Acknowledgement to Jim Iler -KSJ 10/10 - Processed and getting parts on order 10/10: Added Project Sample information; added photo to Project Docs folder -KSJ 10/7/24: Added testing notes to "Project Scope"and reviewed the WO -HML
