Project Scope: Featuring: (12) MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders. The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the infeed hopper. Once the start sensor detects a passing product on your conveyor the feeder will dispense a product onto the top. The feeders will be mounted to stand on rollers which provides height adjustment and mobility. The stand will roll up 90 degrees to your existing line. The feeders will be have an "L" shaped extruded aluminum bracket that can be mounted by Morrisette to your existing conveyor one each side of the discharge to provide locating of the feeder for when it is removed/added to the line. The mounting of the locating brackets to the conveyor will be completed by Morrisette. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product per feeder. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" having tested all products. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
Notes: Morrisette WO 2024108 MRD = 8-10 weeks CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE DELIVERY UNTIL END OF NOVEMBER. 11/27: shipped 11/25: Moved from Production to Shipping. pm 11/21: moved ship date to 11/25 due to later stand parts for 4 feeders -KSJ Waiting for base of stands. Wyoming having trouble with holes after painting. 9 out of 12 are ready to go. 11/14: Paying prior to ship tomorrow. Waiting on parts for last stands. Should be due soon. 11/7: 8 out of 12 feeders are ready to be packed. Last 4 stands were pulled. Shortages on those. One part being sent out to be plated. At least another week before stands are built. 10/31: Feeders are all built. 6 are done and QA done. Two more to go for QA and last 4 waiting on stand parts to come in. 10/24: Working on feeders 9-12. 1-8 are completed. Waiting on a couple parts for stands. 10/17: working on 5-8; pulled 9-12 feeders only except stands components are short 10/10: Working on feeders #2-4 in production. Feeders 5-8 are pulled. 10/8: INT did setup and got video on the first feeder. the feeder has been moved back to production to replicate the setup. - HML 10/7: Burn in and Checkout completed on 1 feeder. Sent to integration for belt set up for following 11 feeders. --JL Added p/n# 2006900, 2007000 and 2107100 to P2 of Work Order and to financials at $0 since already a custom line item. -KSJ 10/3: 4 feeders and 4 stands are in production. 9/26: need money and should show up ACH today 9/25: PM tool completed; sent Order Ack - KSJ 9/19: Processing in procurement 9/18/24: Reviewed WO and moved to procurement - HML
