Project Scope: Featuring MFT Automation 250 HCP Friction Feeder w/ XED (372mm Long) discharge tipping cards onto base product traveling on an MBO Machine at a rate of up to 400 per minute. The base products travel on your existing transport and the customer supplied glue machine will apply "spot" glue to the base product. The Friction Feeder will separate the CR 80 Cards from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time onto the discharge of the feeder. The feeder, signaled by the start sensor, feeds the card onto the "spot" glue surface between the pinch point of a MFT supplied Pressure Roller Assembly and the base product. The process then repeats for the next card. Feeder Features: -Hard Carcass Discharge Belts -Precise Seiko Counter Height Adjustment knobs -Adjustable Discharge Side Guides -Hard Carcass Nose Roller Assembly. -Continuous Motion Accutipping Controls; an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its speed. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeders to ensure that the top sheet is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Notes: -This proposal is "budgetary" based on not having complete products for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. For some unforeseen reason additional parts/options are required for untested products, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -MFT will provide the customer a video feeding the CR-80 cards only (we will not 'mock up' a set-up) for machine acceptance/shipment approval -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
