Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 550SLD Friction Feeder with Vacuum Discharge (50mm wide vac-trac). The feeder separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder there is an opening in the top discharge belts to allow you to view the products. A reject system is included at the end of the discharge. It is the responsibility of Moses Lake to "reject" any products, otherwise, all products will travel out and above the reject assembly. All rejected product will be collected in a bin provided by MFT. Moses Lake is responsible for collecting the non-rejected products as they exit the discharge of the feeder. System Notes: -A system reject with bin has been include in revision #3. The customer will be responsible for the "trigger" signal for the solenoid to reject any products -Product Flow is left to right when facing the Feeders' operator controls -Discharge height is approx. 36" ±2" -One E-stop is provided on the feeder but it will not "dump" any stored air/pneumatics Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (2) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes -This proposal is "formal" having tested the single product. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: - Vacuum Chambers for feed belts and vacuum Pia (not including air source) to provide increased feeding support for shorter stacks of products. Quantity of (2) chambers would be needed to maintain symmetry with the setup. - Reject on Error Mechanics and Solenoid - Does not include any controls for the reject. - I/O expansion card for additional I/O capability. Additional items may be needed depending on the quantity and type of signals needed. - Catch tray and start sensor to accumulate the products into a vertical stack, up to 3" tall (or the length of the product if less than 3" in length). Once an operator removes the stack the system will begin counting the next batch. - Shingling Conveyor and transfer roller to accumulate the products in a shingled fashion as they exit. - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Spare Parts Kit

Burn in today and tomorrow and then to Integration on Monday. 10/21: using frame P/N2266105 for this system and changed financials to match -KSJ 10/17: Working on it and all parts are in; Getinge first 10/10: Waiting on shortages. Due 10/17 10/3: Susan will pull today. Short 5 parts. Plating came in. 9/26: parts are coming in now. 9/19: Waiting for parts. Expedite on this order. 9/12: Order is processed. Waiting to get a few parts on order. 9/3: Reviewed Work Order made a couple small part and quantity changes.- HML 9/3: Reviewed Work Order; ME and procurement to work in tandem for quick release; added project photos and descriptions; products on Work Order Shelf; sent to Hunter for second review -KSJ
