Project Scope: Featuring: MFT IP 350XED w/ VTC 2M and SC 2M. The product are hand loaded into the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder then separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed into the discharge of the feeder. As they exit the discharge, the products are placed onto the VTC where they will be transported through the system. The product exits the VTC and is accumulated onto the Shingling Conveyor (SC) to be further processed by the customer. System Notes: The optional APL will provide increased loading capacity to the system. Without an APL, the vertical loading capacity on the system will be minimal and estimated around 25 bags. Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on testing done on the sample #4 as provided. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Majority of everything else is built. 11/14: Working on getting more samples. Production on hold due to frame NCM 11/11: Last jobs were pulled and brought to Production. RC 11/11: added sample information per samples received. Jim to advise which product we will be setting up as well as requesting additional samples -KSJ 11/7: Waiting for parts to arrive for VTC. Still waiting on frame also. 10/31: Feeder and shingling conveyor are built. Waiting on VTC parts to come in. Parts ship date are end of Oct to middle of Nov. 10/24: Pulled and in production other than VTC. Feeder is in first burn in. 10/17: No change. 10/10: No change. 10/3: Everything is on order. Early November for latest due dates. 10/01: requested 2,000 bags by 11/4 from Jim Iler (email in PM folder)- KSJ 9/26: additional parts need to be ordered; end of Oct/ early Nov 9/19: Order is processed, ordering parts. 9/12: Need to process in procurement 9/5: In procurement queue to process 9/4: added basic conveyor to the VTC in the work order- HML 9/3: Reviewed Work Order; added hold down wheel for transferring onto the VTC - HML 9/3: Reviewed Work Order; added project photos and descriptions; products on Work Order Shelf; sent to Hunter for second review -KSJ
