Project Scope: Featuring: MFT 250 V3 ED Friction Feeders -Qty. 2 The feeder separates your products from an inclined stack. The product is transferred individually onto the discharge of the feeder. The emitter-receiver pair of the feeder is removed and replaced with a sensor, mounted over the top of the discharge, to detect the products as they are fed. The products exit the discharge into the infeed of the wrapping machine via a start sensor provided. System Notes: -To reduce friction between the products and ensure smooth product flow, a Pneumatic Shaker is mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder. -The MFT 250 will be straddle mounted onto a host machine using customer-supplied mounting hardware integrated by the customer Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will NOT set-up and test the product. Testing and set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will simply ship the system once built. Note: --No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

Added Hunter 's note to WO. pm 9/17: We need to turn on "Clear Product" in the wizards, this allows the advanced product sensor to function with a v feeder. Once the code is put in for the "Clear product" wizard you will set "external input to #3(Clear) and then you will change "Invert Input" to #1 (Invert) - HML 9/16:moved to Integration by Josh 9/12: In first burn in. 9/12: Moved ship date to 9/18 since no money as of 9/12- KSJ 9/10: updated product to correct dimensions -KSJ 9/5 - Hunter reviewed and kicked to procurement. Susan is pulling job now. 9/5: Asked Russ to pull job when he was done processing his paperwork. pm 9/4: Reviewed Work Order; no set-up so no products; sent to Hunter for second review -KSJ 9/3: down payment received 8/29: No response on down payment status. 8/22: New order. Waiting on down payment.
