Project Scope: Features: MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will feed cards onto your existing vacuum base. The feeder will have metal discharge side brackets and custom infeed side guides. System Note: -The feeders will be mounted by CPI -MFT assumes the product/cards are the same standard card as previously sold systems -Custom cards not tested on a MFT feeder previously will require review and testing prior to taking an order Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will not setup the feeder for your products. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on a single previously run product - CR80 card -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance

QA was done while waiting for the Mag Side Plates to come in. pm 9/19: Should review prior to ship payment Monday. 9/12: No change, waiting on Mag side plates. Prior to ship should be paid next week. 9/5: No change. Waiting for parts. Ship Date 9/19. 8/28: EE moved back to Production. Feeder is complete except for Short-65 degree Left & Right Mag Side Plates. Ship Date for the plates 9/19/24. pm 8/28: Moved From Production to EE for Cardline AT. pm 8/22: Moved from procurement to production today. 8/15: Processed. Short discharge pulleys that are due next week. 8/13: reviewed Work Order, sent to Procurement for review; notified Sales of issues and items required; -KSJ
