Project Scope: Featuring: (2) MFT 250 IP3 Friction Feeder w/ XED (372mm) discharge The feeder separates and feeds the top lids to lunch trays. Once the start sensor detects a tub traveling down your conveyor, the feeder dispenses a single product and places it onto the top of the lid. The feeder, using the Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back, accurately applies the product onto the lid. System Note: -MFT will not setup and test the machine with the customer samples prior to shipment. -MFT will conduct internal validation and testing only. Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the same products as the previously sold systems. -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance
