Project Scope: Featuring: (8) MFT IP 550XED Friction Feeders The feeders separates and feeds your products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder is signaled to dispense a product from a dry contact via your controller. Each feeder is equipped with Speed Compensation and an encoder to follow the speed of your base conveyor. The speed compensation only follows speeds but does not adjust the placement delay/timing. The placement delay/timing of when the product needs to be tipped down will be done by MCS. Estimated Build Schedule: -Four (4) Systems completed in 4-6 weeks -Four (4) Systems completed in 6-8 weeks () based on standard vendor availability Set Up and Approval Note: -MFT will set-up and test one (1) product for each feeder. Additional set-ups are available as an option. -MFT will provide the customer a video for machine acceptance/shipment approval (no visit) Notes: -This proposal is "formal" based on the samples sent in for testing or Engineering review -No URS, Specifications or FAT documents have been submitted with this proposal -Any URS, Specifications or FAT documents submitted during the quote or order phase will default to a requote -This proposal is the sole and governing document for this project -This proposal assumes that the customer will integrate, install and test the system at their facility -MFT is not responsible for pinch points created by the Integration of MFT supplied equipment and the Clients equipment (i.e.: feeders, labelers, conveyors, lugs, etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the client to address and add any additional guarding to meet local and federal OSHA requirements. -Standard MFT components are being integrated to make a "system". This proposal does not include "system" guarding. Guarding should be discussed with your MFT Representative to assure the system as proposed meets your project's requirements. MFT can option guarding per your projects’ requirements. -Any information provided after the order is considered a change in "Scope". A "scope” change quote will be provided to accommodate any/all additions and all changes will be billable to the customer. -MFT is not including a layout drawing with this proposal or order but it can be optioned. -This proposal does not include MFT customer on-site training and/or installation assistance Optional items: - HCP Feeder upgrade for speeds beyond 100 MPM. - Spare Feeder - Product Pneumatic Shaker to actuate the stack as they are fed. - Siko Feeder Adjustment to provide a readout of the stripper wheel height adjustment and the upper discharge. - Product index support to provide a scaled readout on the support curve. - Low Product Sensor and bracket to provide a low product warning (stack light required for visual display). - Stack light to show machines status from a glance. - Spare Parts Kit - Accutipping Speed Match which includes speed following and placement delay. - I/O expansion card for 8 inputs and 8 outputs
